Girl Scout Junior Troop 238 completed work on its Caring for Children badge. The troop hosted childcare and development experts Amy Larson, Lynn Dusek and Darilyn Caston at its April 15 meeting to help with activities geared toward learning more about young children. On April 21, the scouts joined Daisy Troop 211 and worked with the younger girls on healthy snack preparation, a necklace craft and taught them a Girl Scout song. The Juniors also performed a color guard for the Daisy Troop and the girls participated in a friendship circle to wrap up the meeting.
