Walk America set for Saturday
The March of Dimes will hold its 34th annual Walk America at 11 a.m. Saturday. Registration begins at 10 a.m. The two-mile course will begin and end at Lorenzo's Restaurant at 10352 Kenai Spur Highway. A barbecue and music will follow.
The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency founded in 1938. Its mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality.
