Kenai Cooperative Preschool

Last week, students enjoyed a field trip to the Diamond M. Ranch. Thanks to farmer Blair and his family for the invitation. Students saw horses, cows, pigs and llamas, walked a pair of geese to the pond and collected eggs from the hen house.

This week, student artists will paint on canvases for their show at 7 p.m. May 7 at the Kenai Fine Arts Guild.

The annual raffle also will be held at 8 p.m. May 7. Tickets are $1 and must be entered by May 6 for a chance to win an automatic car starter and installation, four hours of Bobcat rental or 10 black Angus steaks from Country Foods, as well as 10 other prizes.

The open house will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday and Tuesday. Parents are welcome to accompany children.

There will be a Mother's Day tea at 10:30 a.m. May 12 and 13.

Graduation will be at 10 a.m. May 19.
