ACT earns appreciation
Letter to the Editor

I read the Jan. 23, Voices of the Peninsula editorial titled, “After everything, government belongs to all of us,” and knew a response was necessary.

When I first heard of ACT, I wasn’t sure what they were up to. I have attended several of their meetings, and I am convinced that they are a sincere, concerned group of people whose sole goal is for fiscally responsible government.

We are fortunate to have people who are willing to spend their time and money to insure for all of us good honest government. I would strongly urge more people to sit in on their meetings (all are open to the public).

I would like to express my personal sincere thanks to the ACT group.
